Paper Boat Regatta is open to everyone: spin it on the home page or on its own page with free play coins. There is no name, email or password to give and nothing to tick.
Pinwheel Rooftops and Folded Bridge Fair need a free account. The form is four fields: nickname, email address, password, and a tick to confirm you are 19 or over. No card field, no address, no phone number; nothing in town costs money. Why an account? Two reasons. Your coins and progress are kept for your return, and we can keep the games to adults. One button on your account page deletes it and all it holds.
You begin with 100,000 free coins plus anything Paper Boat Regatta paid you on the same device. Balance, level and missions travel with you through every world. Coins are virtual: no buying, selling, withdrawing or exchanging them for anything, and wins have no real-world value.
Nothing is sold: no in-app purchases, no payment page, nowhere.
All worlds use five reels and three rows. Wins count left to right from reel one, across adjacent reels, along fixed paylines. Your stake is shared equally by the lines. Paytable values are multiples of the line bet; the scatter is the exception and pays on the total stake. A line pays its highest win only.

Every reel has a fixed symbol strip. For each spin, your browser’s random number generator chooses an independent position on every strip. Old spins never affect new ones, and nothing adjusts to your balance or how long you have been playing.
Return, hit frequency and feature frequency for each world are measured by running its own code over millions of spins, then printed in the paytable. They describe coin play in these free games only, and say nothing about any real-money game.
Only adults aged 19 or over belong in Paper Crane Town. Each game uses virtual coins of no monetary value; nobody can buy, sell, withdraw or exchange them. No coin shop, no payment page on any street, no prizes of real-world value, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
